The reckless bio experiments of the 2030s, gene editing, synthetic evolution, and the fusion of flesh with machine, have altered humanity forever. Out of this chaos, new forms of life have emerged.
Among the scattered tribes, one stands apart.
The Solaris
Born of generations of bioengineering and cosmic ambition, a spiritual people of light emerged from the darkness. For the Solaris, light is not just survival but purpose. They move like echoes of the sun, guided through a broken world in search of radiance in an age that has forgotten how to shine.

The task was to imagine a future scenario and create a brand (or organization) and product that would fit within that future.Through this project, I enhance my software skills while also expanding my creativity and graphic design abilities. A lighthearted exploration of the possibilities in the future of 2049.
The Scanner
The Aura scanner is a handheld device designed to read personal energy and provide spiritual guidance. Crafted by the Solaris tribe from repurposed market scanners and old smartwatches, it merges forgotten technology with newfound purpose. By interpreting energy patterns, the Aura Scanner offers ultimate insight into the path ahead, helping its users navigate an uncertain future with clarity and light.

The Interface
Inspired by northern lights and medieval scripts, the interface reflects the users emotions through colorful gradients and motivational quotes.
Prototypes made in Illustrator and Figma
The Combination
The interaction is reflected though the screen of the old smart watch and also the light of the scanner, giving both the analyser and the analysed a visual indication of the functions.
This project has been an fun exploration of my skills and creativity. I see design futuring as a powerful tool for imagining possibilities and understanding where design fits within them. While this project took on a more lighthearted tone, it still allowed me to experiment, refine my technical abilities, and push my creative thinking. A thoughtful yet playful journey into the unknown.
